Refund Policy

On-Demand Training Courses:  Cancellation refund requests must be received by MTGTNA within 7 calendar days from date of purchase, and prior to access to the course.  Due to state deadlines and constant changes in course requirements, no refunds will be issued after 7 days of the date of purchase.  Students requesting a refund after the 7-day period may receive credit toward a future course (not to exceed 3 months) equal to the same dollar amount of the original purchase.   No refund will be issued if you have logged into the course.

            On-Demand Access Policy:  On-demand class must be activated within 7 calendar days of purchase to not be terminated with no refund.  After accessing the course, the student must complete the course and test within 30 days of activation.  After the 30th day from access, the student's access code for the course will be terminated.  After course is activated, there will be no refund or course credits.

Live Training Courses:  Refund requests must be received by MTGTNA within 7 calendar days before the class start date.  After the 7-day refund period, the student who gives a notice of the no-show, will be given a credit to be used at a later date (not to exceed 3 months) for the total amount of the class. No partial refunds will be issued.  Class registrations with payment ‘check at the door' will be billed for the class if they do not cancel the registration with-in 7 days of class start date.  No-shows with no notice waive their right to any refund or credit.

                Live Training Change Policy: Live training change requests will be honored, at no cost, for all students who inform an MTGTNA representative at least 3 business days prior to the live course start date. Rescheduled class dates can not be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

 

Mortgage Lending Series (29 hour course)-extended refund period: 

A. If MTGTNA cancels, closes or discontinues Mortgage Lending Series, each currently enrolled student will be refunded monies paid by the student for tuition paid by the student.

B. Refund requests must be received by MTGTNA within 7 business days before the first class start date.  After the 7-day refund period, the student who gives a notice of the no-show, will be given a credit to be used at a later date (not to exceed 6 months) for the total amount of the class. No-shows with no notice waive their right to any refund or credit.

C.  If, after the 7 business day refund period expires, the student withdraws, refunds shall be based on the total tuition paid and period of time that has passed since start of series.  The maximum partial refund that MTGTNA shall pay the student, who withdraws or is terminated after the 7 day refund period has expired, is as follows:

D. There is no leave of absence available in this program.  To receive state licensing credits for the mortgage lending series the student must attend sufficient number of hours to meet state requirements, if any. 

E.  Students are requested, but not required, to notify the instructor or Roger Rothberg if they are withdrawing from the series.  .  We will respond with in 72 hours of receipt of your e-mail.
